I Feel Like My Heart Is Skipping Beats This Morning.?

Im on Lopressor 100mg 2 times a day for high blood pressure and rapid heart rate. Well, Ive been sitting here being lazy this morning and I keep getting a weird feeling in my chest. Its like my heart is skipping a beat then I get a really powerful beat to make up for the missed one. Its hard to explain and Ive never had this happen before so it kinda scares me. Im debating whether or not I should go ahead on my morning jog or If I should just rest.
I do have a very fast heart rate all the time and the cardiologist said my heart beat is a very powerful one. When this happened this AM with the ‘powerful beat” I also felt a little pressure. Slight chest pains but its not too bad so I dont really think its anything. BP is unusually low- 95/50 (usual is 140/90)
I had an echo 2 months ago, showed slight enlargement of the right chamber and something about blood flow backing up. I do have high cholesterol and triglycerides, although for the past 2 years Ive had a healthy diet. Also Im 20 years old.
You think I should just take it easy for the day and see how I feel tomorrow or what? In the past 2 hours, the skipped feeling has happened 3 times
